I was using 2011 at home, and at work, I use 2013. I can't seem to find the transform text feature that is in my 2013 edition at work. When I do a search in the help, it comes back saying No Results. I also looked online for youtube tutorials, but I am still not having success. I also tried finding text effects to equalize characters which is in my 2011, but when I use that, it shrinks the text so much that I have to change the font size to 200 to make it big enough to be readable. Hi Bill, Once you accept that new Powerpoint versions are not really about new features, but instead about randomly scrambling the user interface around to 'make workflow more confusing intuitive' this will make more sense:-) To access the feature, you need to highlight or select some text, and you should now see that a new 'Format' tab appears on the ribbon. I assume it's based on the idea of unlocking new weapons in a shoot 'em up game. In that tab you'll see a 'WordArt Styles' panel, and there should be a 'Text Effects' option. Click that and you'll see 'Transform' as the bottom option. Hope that helps.
